When not inciting mini revolutions, Deborah makes her living as a freelance and romantica writer (examples of her work can be found here) and also funnels her passion for crafting and fiber arts into her store La Sirene et La Corbeau.

In previous lives, Deborah spent seven years as an Executive Assistant and founded the first Neo-Victorian/Steampunk convention, SalonCon which received rave reviews from con-goers and interviews from the New York Times and MTV which can be found in the press clippings section.

Deborah graduated Douglass College of Rutgers University in 2001 with a degree in Women’s Studies.  During her college tenure, she worked as an Office Manager for NOW-NJ. Fame came in the form of being caught by her family at a protest on the 6 o’clock news.
